    To assist foreign investors in the country by providing services to companies with foreign and domestic capital in compliance with the applicable Bulgarian law.

  • Accounting

    To organize the accounting of companies and to represent them before the Tax Administration of the Republic of Bulgaria. To provide accounting services consistent with the established accounting standards and principle.

  • Coordination

    To coordinate the business activities of the owners in accordance with the Bulgarian law.  Most of our clients are foreigners and are not aware of the rules in our country. Here comes our main role – the coordination..
