Issuing an electronic signature

      After your company has entered into an agreement for accounting services with  BALKAN BUSINESS HELP, it will obligatorily have to purchase an Electronic signature  as well. The latter is necessary for conducting the accountancy of your company documentation, the submission your monthly declaration to the NRA, submission of statistical references and data, declarations in the INTRASTAT system, etc. In general, it is correct to summarize that the electronic signature is necessary in order to perform all necessary actions on behalf of your company accounting division in the name and at the account of the company represented by you.  Our representative will provide you with all necessary documents and will submit them to you for signing. It is important to know that the electronic signature has a validity period of one year.  We will inform you promptly prior to the expiry of the one-year period so that you can visit our office and renew your signature.
