If you have passed through the previous stages, you reach the stage where you are obliged to get a Foreigner’s personal ID number if you are not a Bulgarian citizen. You need this number for the purposes of social security under Bulgarian legislation.  Based on it, the employees of  BALKAN BUSINESS HELP will be paying the social security contributions you are obliged to pay monthly. In other words, the Foreigner’s PIN is an identification number owned by the company manager, by a worker or employee and it is obligatory for your company’s activity.  You will not be alone when you perform this obligation of yours.  Our team will prepare all necessary documents, submit them to the relevant NRA authorities and will provide to you the documents from which the availability of this number is evident.

In the process of direct company management, the Foreigner’s PIN will not be necessary to you, not will it be required by institutions or banks.  It is only necessary to the Accounting Department of BALKAN BUSINESS HELP to fulfil the statutorily established obligatory activities with the aim of protecting your company from sanctions.  If you wish to employ at your company a person who is not a Bulgarian citizen, that automatically gives rise to your obligation to provide such person with a Foreigner’s PIN.
